Don’t take it from us…

"Are you looking for a fantastic executive coach who blends amazing listening skills with practical suggestions and exemplary analysis? Well, look no further. Dan is thoughtful, experienced, empathetic, knowledgeable and wise...He’s the kind of person who has an innate gift for knowing how best to support his clients in that moment. I firmly believe that, if every executive had a coach like Dan in their corner, the world would be a different place. I can’t recommend him enough!"

-Dan, Healthcare Executive
"Mariya is a true strategist. She helped me get clear on the value I bring as a leader and how to make that case with evidence and that clarity has shaped how I present myself ever since...She's equal parts sharp, direct, and kind. When we started, I felt unmoored by all the competing advice on how to position myself...The way I think about my professional identity has shifted for good. If you're a leader who wants to sharpen how you articulate your value and position yourself for what's next, work with Mariya."

-Tyler, Director of Data Strategy
"Dan is an incredible executive and career coach. I have worked with him in both capacities, and I cannot recommend him more highly…With Dan's coaching, I was able to lead my organization through significant periods of change with more clarity and confidence than I would have had otherwise. And when it came time to navigate a major career transition, Dan was again exactly who I needed...If you are looking for a coach who will challenge you, champion you, and genuinely invest in your growth, you have found it in Dan and his team."

-Kris, Director of Innovation & Technology
"Working with Mariya was a transformative experience in my journey as a senior leader. Through our work together, I gained clarity on three critical dimensions of my leadership identity - understanding my strengths, recognizing my blind spots, and anchoring my authentic leadership style. Mariya has a rare ability to ask the right questions at the right moment, creating space for genuine self-reflection rather than surface-level coaching."

-Jen, Founder and Managing Director
"Dan has been instrumental in helping me identify key strategies, tactics, and goals as I explored a career shift. From helping me recognize my strengths to coaching me before interviews and equipping me with leadership tools, his support was invaluable. With his guidance, I was able to land a new role, and I'm now exploring ways to continue working with him to strengthen my leadership skills even further. Dan coaches with a kind and intentional demeanor that harmonizes beautifully with his deep expertise."

-Alicia, Director of Community Outreach & Engagement
Mariya is an outstanding career coach. Before working with her, I was applying to jobs on my own with no real strategy and getting nowhere. Her methodology changed how I approached the entire search: quality over quantity, targeted applications, and a clear rationale behind every role I pursued. She also prepared me for an interview that led directly to an offer...I came away with far more knowledge about how hiring actually works and far more confidence going into conversations. I recommend her without reservation.

-Dan, Senior Federal Government Leader
"Working with Dan as my coach this past year has been incredibly impactful. He helped bring clarity and purpose to the topics we discuss, while also ensuring I feel empowered to make important choices for myself. He allows me to embark on important journeys of self discovery and challenges me to consider alternate lenses when examining a topic. Our work together has been truly transformational."

-Zeyna, Executive Coach
"Simply put, Dan is incredible. He was a game changer for me as I searched for a new role, and importantly, as I grappled with my value and leadership in the social impact sphere. His clear, pragmatic but deeply kind approach, backed up by extensive industry expertise and research, allowed us to work together efficiently and productively...I'm thrilled to say I landed a great VP role with Dan's support and expertise, and will likely reengage him as a coach once I settle in. Highly recommend!"

-Anna, Vice President of Development
"Dan's coaching has been nothing short of transformational...He and I clicked immediately as he is patient, kind, incredibly well-read, and very sharp...It's hard to express how valuable this work together has been. It has unlocked capability I didn't know I had and helped me face fears and reservations that I've been holding onto for a long time...Put simply, he helped me realize a childhood dream, a profound, almost incalculable value."

-Spencer, Founder & CEO
"Working with Dan was a complete game-changer for me. I can honestly say I would not have landed my new role or approached the search with the same confidence, clarity, and excitement without him...In our time together, I rebuilt a confidence that had taken some hits and left every conversation feeling more focused, more energized, and more ready for what was ahead...I am beyond grateful for his support and would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone ready to take that next big step in their career journey."

-Vicky, Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships
