Our fee is based on your salary increase. Why? We only want to work with clients looking for a big step up and we only want to get paid when you win. If we can't help you level up your career, we don't want your money. Weird, right?

Spencer’s Talent Agency supports mission-driven leaders to find roles where they can make a difference. Before starting the agency, Spencer was a VP of Talent Acquisition and has 10 years experience in recruiting and recruiting operations. He's interviewed 1000 people and helped hundreds of people land a meaningful job as a recruiter, hiring manager, team leader and executive. He started his career volunteering in Ghana with the Peace Corps and has a deep passion for helping others thrive.

Dan is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and the founder of Contempus Leadership. He specializes in partnering with today’s top rising talent to make the impact they really want. Dan previously led highly rated, multimillion-dollar leadership and organizational development programs and has earned both an MA in Organizational Leadership & Learning and an MBA. He is a Harvard Business Review contributor, the author of The Career Design Map, and the host of the Forward-Looking Leadership podcast.

We’re with you every step of the way

Our fee: 50% of your first year salary increase

Imagine you’re making $150,000 per year when you begin working with us. Through our work together, you land a $180,000 role.
Our total fee would be $15,000—half of the gross increase.

$2,250 deposit

What you pay during the search is credited toward your total amount owed.

$4,000 at job offer

When you sign your new job offer, you'll pay a second tranche.

Payment plan

You'll have 12 months to pay the full fee once you start your new job.

If you are not happy with the service and do not yet have a job offer in place, you may request a full refund of your deposit within the first 45 days.

We are a good fit if…

  • You’re ready to change jobs or start a new job soon (in the next 3 months).

  • You’re targeting a salary of at least $100,000/year in your next role and at least a $20,000/year increase from your current salary.

  • You bring at least 8 years of relevant work experience and are currently at a senior manager/senior specialist level or above.

  • You are self-motivated and ready to invest substantial effort in your job-hunt.

  • You are highly coachable and welcome constructive feedback.

We are a bad fit if…

  • You aren’t committed to taking a leadership role at a socially impactful non-profit, foundation, company, government agency, or B-corp.

  • You have less than 8 years of relevant work experience or are not currently at a senior manager/senior specialist level or above.

  • You aren't ready to commit 5+ hours per week working with us on your job search.

  • You have a tough time with receiving and implementing feedback.

  • You cannot or do not wish to pay a deposit of $2,250 (non-negotiable but fully refundable during the 6-week team alignment phase).
